You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that the content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights. ungospellikef is not responsible for any content submitted by users and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and destroy any copies of the materials obtained from the services.
